OnePlus typically launches two flagship devices every year. The time has come for the company to announce the OnePlus 7T and the rumor mills have sprung into action. Rumors suggest that OnePlus 7T and the 7T Pro will be launched in late September which will be followed by separate launch events in different regions.

Max J, the man behind @samsung_news has been hinting at an impending OnePlus 7T launch. However, he now says that OnePlus 7T will launch first in India on September 26th. It is worth noting that even the OnePlus TV is expected to be launched on the same day. And most importantly the launch aligns with the festive season in India.

India is an important market for OnePlus and it generally holds simultaneous events across the globe. Things are rumored to change this time, in all likelihood, U.S and Europe might have to wait a few more weeks as the OnePlus 7T will launch on October 10th. That being said the OnePlus 7T is expected to go on sale on October 10th in all regions. OnePlus seems to have a done a pretty good job in keeping the details under wraps.

We are not sure as to why OnePlus is launching the device early in India. The OnePlus 7T is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus and will feature an upgraded camera setup. That apart we don’t know anything much about the OnePlus 7. On a related note, Sprint has announced that it will offer a 5G smartphone from OnePlus.
